My artwork celebrates the delicate balance of nature by capturing the beauty of pollinators in a serene garden sanctuary. Through the vibrant hues of watercolor, I aim to evoke a sense of tranquility and appreciation for these vital creatures and their role in sustaining life. Each brushstroke is a homage to the intricate patterns and vibrant colors found in the natural world, inviting viewers to pause and immerse themselves in the wonders of the garden.

Showing April 28- May 27 at The Hines Building Gallery, 1144 Fifteenth Street, Denver, Colorado. It’s a LEED certified building so I am honored to be there. I will be showing my abstract butterflies along with my tea gardens.

Sanctuary is an exhibit about the sanctuaries that we create in our gardens. The act of gardening provides a mental respite from busy lives. But it also makes havens for the diversity of life around us, particularly for pollinators, earthworms, and flora.

This new series, in gouache and watercolor, is a collection of abstract expressionism paintings based on over 180K species of butterflies and moths of the Lepidoptera family.

I am so proud to be accepted to “Opposing Ideas in Mind” at the Laboratory on Sante Fe Drive. Ever since I stepped into this experimental, creative powerhouse of a gallery, I have been smitten with it. I had to read the acceptance letter a few times!

I am pleased to join D’art Gallery as an artist member. D’art Gallery is a coop gallery in the heart of the Denver Art District on Sante Fe Drive. As a member, I will be involved in group shows, solo shows, and running the gallery with the 20-member team.
